TICKETED EVENTS HOSTED BY QUIET EVENTS

Thank you for purchasing tickets to our Silent Disco parties! We understand that plans can change, so we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours Before the Event:
    • If you cancel your ticket(s) more than 24 hours before the event, you will receive a credit that can be used towards any future Silent Disco event hosted by our company.
    • Please contact our customer service team to process your cancellation and receive your credit.
  2. Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of the Event:
    • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds or credits for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event.
    • This policy helps us ensure that all our events run smoothly and that we can provide the best experience for all attendees.
  3. No-Show Policy:
    • If you do not attend the event and have not canceled your ticket(s) as per the above guidelines, no refunds or credits will be issued.

EQUIPMENT RENTALS

Cancellation after contract signing: If an order is canceled after the contract is signed, the refund amount will depend on the following conditions:

  • Equipment already shipped: No refunds will be issued if the equipment has already been shipped.
  • Equipment not shipped and more than 48 hours before the event: A refund minus a 20% credit will be issued to be used towards a future event within one calendar year of the event date.
  • Event canceled within 48 hours: No refund will be issued, but a credit of 80% of the total amount can be used towards a future event within one calendar year of the event date.

EQUIPMENT PURCHASES

At Quiet Events, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services. Our support team will go above and beyond to provide you with the right equipment as we have different styles. While other companies may offer similar equipment, we want you to know that Quiet Events’ is unique. Our equipment features specific functionalities and operates on legal frequencies mandated by the FCC, making it incompatible with non-Quiet Events equipment.

Please review our refund policy below:

  1. No Refunds or Exchanges After 15 Days
    No refunds will be issued for any equipment after 15 days from the delivery date. We take pride in ensuring you receive the right equipment for your needs, minimizing confusion and the need for returns. Quiet Events offers extensive rental options for those who require equipment for a short period.
  2. Refunds or Exchanges Within 15 Days
    Refunds or exchanges requested within 15 days of the delivery date will incur the following charges:
    • A fee of $7 per headphone.
    • A 10% restocking fee.
    • Any shipping fees associated with sending and returning the equipment will be deducted from the overall return amount.
