Event Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and participating in this Event, you (the "Attendee") agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions provided by Quiet Events Inc. (the "Organizer").
1. Equipment Agreement & Liability
Collateral: To receive a pair of wireless headphones, you must provide a valid government-issued ID or a credit card to be held as collateral. Your property will be returned to you upon the successful return of the equipment.
Replacement Fee: You are solely responsible for the equipment checked out to you. If the headphones are lost, stolen, or damaged while in your possession, you agree to pay a replacement fee of $50.00 per unit. You authorize the Organizer to charge this fee to your provided credit card or collect payment on-site.
2. Media Release & Consent
Photography/Video: You acknowledge that the Event may be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded.
Grant of Rights: By attending, you grant the Organizer and its affiliates the irrevocable, worldwide right to use your appearance, likeness, and voice in any media (including social media, websites, and marketing materials) for any purpose without compensation, credit, or further approval.
3. Content & Audio Advisory
Explicit Language: You acknowledge that music, DJ sets, and live performances may contain profanity or adult themes. Attendee discretion is advised.
Hearing Safety: While our headphones feature individual volume controls, you are responsible for maintaining a safe listening level. The Organizer is not liable for any hearing damage resulting from improper use or prolonged exposure to high-decibel audio.
4. Age Requirements & Identification
Age Restrictive Events: For events designated as 21+, a valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Failure to produce a valid ID will result in denied entry without a refund.
All-Ages Events: For events designated as All Ages, minors must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian. The Organizer is not responsible for the supervision of minors.
5. Admission & Conduct
Right of Refusal: The Organizer and Venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any individual for disruptive behavior, illegal activity, intoxication, or failure to comply with venue-specific rules.
Prohibited Items: No outside alcohol, illegal substances, or weapons are permitted.
No Refunds: No refunds will be issued to Attendees who are ejected or denied entry due to conduct or ID violations.
6. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability
Personal Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks related to the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property loss/damage.
Third-Party Venues: This Event may be held at a third-party location. You agree to abide by all Venue-specific rules. The Organizer is not liable for the negligence of third-party venue staff or the actions of other attendees.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Final Sale: All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided except in the case of a full Event cancellation by the Organizer.
Event Changes: The Organizer reserves the right to change the lineup, venue, or time of the Event. In the event of a postponement, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
