Events that are hosted and managed by Quiet Events are eligible for full refunds if they are canceled due to unforeseen circumstances OR a request is made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event.
To do this complete this form and include your:
1) Email that purchased the tickets
2) Ticket Number
3) Refund or Transfer request
Refunds may take up to 3 business days to be processed. The payments will be credited back via the original payment method.
No transfers or credit will be offered.
Special events or limited ticketed events may have additional restrictions. These restrictions will be listed on the event page. If there are no special refund policies listed, the ticket follows the general events refund policy.
Tickets are sent via email. If you need your ticket resent please click HERE if the tickets were purchased via Quiet Events and our ticketing agent Eventbrite.
The name on the ticket does not matter as each ticket is scanned in. You are able to pass your ticket to a friend with your name on it. Each ticket can only be scanned once.

Dress codes should appear within the body of the event.
If a dress code is not specified, we always recommend “Dress to impress”. No baggy clothes, hats, workboots, etc.
Themed Events may have their own dress code. It’s not required but highly encouraged to wear outfits for a themed event.

Yes, there is a switch on each headphone so you can rotate through the channels. There is also a volume control.
They are noise cancelling and you can adjust the volume on the headset.
They are water resistant. We don’t suggest jumping into a pool with them but a little rain sprinkle you will be ok!
Yes, we have a very thorough 5-step cleaning process that our staff follows. At our live events, we provide multi surface wipes that kill 99.9% of germs.
If Quiet Events or the venue cancels the event, you will receive a 100% refund.
You will receive a pair of silent disco headphones to be returned at the end of the night. Three different stations of music that you can switch between on your headphones. Some events will have glow in the dark gear as well.
The majority of our events do have three live DJ’s. In the rare case where there is not a live DJ, there will still be three different channels of music.
Yes! We accept cash or credit card at the door. There is a small fee if you pay by credit card.
We will need to swipe a credit or debit card (we do not keep the card). Nothing will be held or charged on the card, unless the headphones are not returned, then you will be charged $100 per missing headphone.
If you do not have a credit card, we can hold your license, Military ID or passport. A government issued ID with your picture.
One person (like your friend) can also put multiple deposits on their card.
Depending on the location of the DJ’s at the venue and the DJ’s or theme that night, it sometimes is possible to request songs.
No, you will need to check the headphones in and then check another pair back out when you return. You will not be charged for entry a second time, but your card will be swiped for the deposit a second time.
Your card will only be charged if you do not return the headphones. Your information is released once the headphone is checked back in.
We use a software called Chexology to check the headphones in and out, just like a coat check system. The software can provide us with the number of headphones that are still out. You will enter your phone number into the system and we will call you the next day if the headphones are not returned, and then charge your card if you do not return them.
