Job Title: Executive Assistant
Reports to: CEO
Location: Queens, NY
Pay Rate: $15 per hour
9-5 or 10-6 (2 days a week)
Flexible M-F
Possible increased hours to 30-40 hours in June-Sept

Position Overview
As the executive assistant you will assist the CEO to provide support on day to day activities and tackle short-term projects.  We are looking for someone that is highly motivated, organized, detail oriented and is willing to learn event planning, operations a small business, and a wide range of skillsets.  The executive assistant should be outspoken and not afraid to question everything to improve operations.

General Responsibilities

  • Organizing and scheduling meetings and trips
  • Local deliveries / pickups of items
  • Assist in the preparation of reports
  • Provide minor updates to our websites using WordPress
  • Research and compare tools, sites, industry, potential clients and provide feedback and recommendations
  • Creating / Updating PowerPoint documents for presentations
  • Coordinate and send out client letters and promotional packages
  • Create content pages for site based on current events on WordPress
  • Create and host bi-weekly training sessions for a wide range of skills
  • Taking calls, messages and setting up meetings for CEO
  • Taking care of minor personal day to day activities for the CEO
  • Answer support hotline


  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook required
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • WordPress knowledge a plus
  • Ability to prioritize projects and display strong problem-solving skills
  • Driver’s license a plus


  • Must be at least 18 years of age


  • Paid lunch hour
  • Learn a wide range of tools, skill sets and techniques to accomplish any task
  • Learn highly effective ways to manage projects
  • Exposure to all facets of a business from marketing, promotions, operations, legal, strategy, event planning and more
  • Direct input on decision making to help the business grow
