CRUNCH Fitness and Quiet Events have teamed up to bring you an event to kick your fitness into gear! Join us for a Quiet Cardio Party workout where you can choose to switch in and out of 3 different awesome Crunch cardio-based classes that will have you burning major calories.
Your dance workouts:
Zumba® (Green): Fuse hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a high energy, calorie blasting, total body dance based workout designed to tone your body from head to toe.
Party Ride (Red): The party starts the minute you get on the bike. This unique rhythmic journey will have you moving and grooving to the hottest tracks with specially choreographed sections that rival any dance competition. Feel the beat and move your feet – indoor cycling has never been this much fun!
Hard Knocks (Blue): This ultimate “in your face” cardio workout fuses the hard-hitting power of boxing with the booty dropping swagger of hip hop for one knockout dance party!

How it works:
When you arrive to your Quiet Fitness workout, you’ll receive a pair of special wireless headphones. You can adjust the volume and choose between up to three dance classes with a flip of a switch. Each headset has a color LED that shows what channel you are listening to, so you can dance along with those listening to the same DJ as you. It’s super social; just lower the volume or take the headphones off to talk to that girl or guy. There’s no loud music that you have to talk over. Plus, there’s no ringing in your ears when you leave!
